為什麼我的msn不能上呢？？

我每次要登入的時候，就會有視窗顯示， 我的msn被防火牆組擋，所以無法上去， 但我有去防火牆上設定，我的msn是列外，不會被組檔的， 但還是不能上去，更扯的事， 我就直接把我的防火牆關掉，可是...... 我要登入的時候，又出現一樣的訊息， 又說是被防火牆組擋，所以我真是很多問號 麻煩大家幫幫我的忙嘍，謝謝！ 更新: 錯誤碼是 80048820
